Are there any other fees on top of the commission split?
No, there are no hidden fees. We don’t charge desk fees or royalty fees (typically 6% right off the top), as we are not associated with a franchise brokerage. We pay for leads, professional photography, transaction coordinators, Matterport 3D tours, staging consultations, client events, office parties, your CRM and tech stack, and even client gifts for closings. Really everything!
Is there a cap?
No. Agents on our team have a performance based commission structure and have the freedom to pursue success without worrying about a cap.
Will I have a desk?
Yes. Agents on our team will be provided a great space from which to work.
How long does it take to start getting sales?
It usually takes 60-90 days for a newly licensed agent to get their first deal under contract and another 30 days to close. That's actually very fast. It takes 6-12 months for most agents to begin having a consistent income here and about 36 months of hard work before you'll start to receive a regular stream of referral and past client business.
